Pricing questions
How does SMSGELY pricing work?
SMSGELY is prepaid. You recharge your balance, and each SMS is deducted at the rate for your recharge tier — the bigger the recharge, the lower the rate. There’s no monthly fee or setup fee.
Do I need separate balances for masking and non-masking?
No. You have one balance. You can spend it on masking or non-masking SMS; each is deducted at its own rate. The SMS counts shown in the calculator are alternatives for the same money, not two separate allowances.
What is a billable SMS unit?
Most short messages are one unit. Long messages — and Bangla or emoji text, which uses Unicode — can need more than one unit. The message composer shows exactly how many units a message uses before you send it.
Am I charged for messages that fail?
The cost is reserved when you send and charged only when the mobile network accepts the message. If a message is rejected or fails before the network accepts it, the reserved amount returns to your balance.
Which rate applies after I recharge?
Each recharge keeps the rate it was bought at, even if prices change later. Your balance is used oldest recharge first, and you always see your current rate before sending.
How long is a recharge valid?
Each approved recharge is valid for 6 months from the date it is approved. Unused balance from that recharge then expires; you are reminded 30, 7 and 1 day(s) before.
How do I recharge?
Choose an amount in your dashboard and pay with one of the payment methods shown there (bKash or Nagad). Your balance updates once the payment is verified, and an invoice is issued automatically.
