Reliability
Designed so messages are not lost or duplicated
Every message is written to the database before anything is sent, so a message is never lost between your click and the provider. Messages are then processed in batches by a background processor rather than inside your web request.
Networks are not perfect. If a provider does not answer in time, SMSGELY does not guess: the message is marked unknown and checked with the provider. It is never resent automatically, so your customer does not receive the same SMS twice and you are not charged twice.
What happens when you press send
- 1. Stored. The message is saved and its cost is reserved from your wallet.
- 2. Processed. A background processor submits queued messages to the SMS provider in batches.
- 3. Accepted. When the provider accepts the message, the reserved amount is charged.
- 4. Reported. Delivery reports update the status, and your webhook is notified if you use one.

FAQ
Questions about features
What can I do with SMSGELY?
Send single, group, bulk and scheduled SMS to Bangladeshi mobile numbers with a masking (brand name) or non-masking sender, manage contacts and templates, follow delivery reports, and connect your own software through the SMS API and webhooks.
Do I need to be a developer to use SMSGELY?
No. Everything — sending, contacts, templates, scheduling, reports and billing — works from the web dashboard. The API is there for when you want your website or software to send messages automatically.
How am I charged?
From a prepaid wallet in BDT. Each message costs its number of SMS parts multiplied by your price per part. Funds are reserved when a message is queued and charged only when the provider accepts it; messages that fail or are rejected before the network accepts them are not charged. See the Pricing page for current rates.
Is there an official WordPress plugin?
Not yet — an official plugin is planned. Today, WordPress and WooCommerce sites connect through the REST API with a small PHP snippet, which our developer documentation walks through step by step.
