Legal & Compliance
The policies that keep SMSGELY safe and transparent for businesses and the people they message — in plain language, in English and বাংলা.
SMSGELY provides messaging infrastructure for businesses. Our policies explain what we do, what we expect from customers, and how we protect recipients. Each document shows its version and effective date; earlier versions you accepted stay on record in your dashboard.
Customers are responsible for their message content, recipient lists and consent, sender identity and compliance with applicable laws. SMSGELY operates subject to applicable laws, regulations, telecom-provider requirements and contractual restrictions.
